วัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด High-Dose เป็นวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อช่วยกระตุ้นการตอบสนองของภูมิคุ้มกันในผู้สูงอายุ

• ลดการเข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลจาก ไข้หวัดใหญ่ที่ยืนยันทางห้องปฏิบัติการ 31.9%
• ลดการเข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลจาก โรคหัวใจและระบบทางเดินหายใจ 6.3%

Efluelda® High-Dose มีปริมาณแอนติเจนมากกว่าวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ขนาดมาตรฐาน 4 เท่า เพื่อช่วยกระตุ้นการตอบสนองของภูมิคุ้มกันในผู้สูงอายุ

ข้อมูลดังกล่าวเป็นผลการศึกษาที่เปรียบเทียบวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด High-Dose กับวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ขนาดมาตรฐาน ผลลัพธ์อาจแตกต่างกันตามประชากร ฤดูกาลของไข้หวัดใหญ่ และปัจจัยอื่น ๆ

Enhanced Protection for Older Adults

The High-Dose influenza vaccine is specifically designed to help stimulate a stronger immune response in older adults.

In adults aged 60 years and older, studies have shown that the High-Dose influenza vaccine provides greater benefits compared with standard-dose influenza vaccines:

• 24.2% reduction in symptomatic influenza infection
• 31.9% reduction in hospitalization due to laboratory-confirmed influenza
• 6.3% reduction in hospitalization due to cardiovascular and respiratory diseases

Efluelda® High-Dose contains four times the antigen content of standard-dose influenza vaccines, helping to stimulate a stronger immune response in older adults.

These findings are based on studies comparing High-Dose influenza vaccines with standard-dose influenza vaccines. Results may vary depending on the population, influenza season, and other factors.
